We were so excited when we heard that two of Ryan's three sisters were going to visit us in Delaware!! For Ryan's sister, Angie, this was her first time on the East coast!! So Ryan and his two sisters, Angie and Jillyn planned lots of East coast adventures for while they were here :) I mostly stayed with the kids at home while they traveled around resulting in a terrible lacking of pictures...thanks to Ryan who puts much less emphasis pictoral documentation than I do :) However, I did get several really nice pictures...
Here we are at our favorite restaraunt in Delaware, Cantwell's Tavern!!
Here are my lovely sisters-in-law saying their last goodbyes to Jane and Beckham...my kids were so sad to have their super fun aunts leave :(
I MADE Ryan promise to take some pictures of New York while they were there. So, I got a few good ones at least. They got to go see the Statue of Liberty which sounded awesome!!
The view from on top...
Though I don't have any pictures of it, Ryan and his sisters also went many other places in New York, they even saw the broadway, Wicked!! They also went to Philly and spent a lot of time in DC. The kids and I had so much fun when we were able to see Aunt Angie and Jillyn!! They were so sweet, and gave Jane and Beckham a lot of attention!! My kids were pretty torn up when they had to leave :(
Thank you Angie and Jillyn for coming to little ol' Delaware to visit us!! We had so much fun and hope to see you again soon :)!!

There are so MANY good things about Fall!!!
As a grand finale to our "F" Week, Beckham, Jane and I went to Fifer Farms' Fall Festival!!! The kids look forward to this every year!! They have so much fun :) It was a beautiful 90 degree fall day (crazy Delaware weather!!).
The huge slide is a favorite...if Ryan were there he would have been going down too!!
Beckham's favorite was the duck racing game.
Although, Jane and Beckham did do this zip line about 10 times each. So perhaps this should win the prize for favorite ride. In fact, I am pretty sure that someday when I have a yard of my own...a zip line will have to be part of it, somehow!!
And of course, the kids got to paint their pumpkins!!
The kids also played in the huge corn pit:)
This weekend was super great because it was conference weekend!! I LOVE conference weekend. On Saturday, it was Rider Pride Day for Jane's school district and Jane had a performance there, so we had to make an appearance!! Luckily, conference doesn't start until noon on the east coast so it worked out perfectly!!
Jane and Beckham got to eat free blue Italian ice!! Yum!! We also got free lunch, prizes and treats!! It really was a huge affair and alot of fun!!
We played games too :)
But, the highlight of the day was Jane's performance!! It was darling!!
And Jane fell down once...this picture caught her right in the act-hehe!! Oh my sweet Jane :)
We even made it home in time to watch Conference!! It was wonderful.
I love Fall and am so thankful for the Fall fun we get to have as a family :)

Week E & F!!!
School with Beckham rolls onward and we have just completed weeks E and F!! For F week we made faces with play dough!!
Here is the face I made...
Beckham's face was much cooler, I think!! He even gave his guy whiskers :)
He colored some fish with glitter glue. Since he loves glue of all kinds, this was a hit. And I think it turned out beautiful!!!
Beckham got a Frozen drink!!
We read an interactive story about a colorful little fish...
We made a feather hat!!
He painted a sun catcher of a Flying air balloon!
And of course we worked in his work book :) He is getting so good at these work book activities!!
He did a special food puzzle all on his own!!
And of course he mastered writing his letters F and E!!
E week was a little more challenging to find fun things to do. But we managed to find some fun things to do... We made an elephant mask. He looks a little freaky...
We dyed Eggs.
They turned out so good!!
And we had a really fun Easter Egg hunt!! Each egg had a healthy snack inside!!
As a final "hoo rah" for F week. We went to Fifer Farms Fall Festival and had blast!!! Pictures of that to come later!!! We love fall and we are loving school...Jane and Beckham both!!

Do I Really Have a Six Year Old??
I CANNOT believe my baby is 6!!! I must admit...I am feeling rather aged by this fact. However, Jane gets so excited for her birthday, so I can forget about how old I actually am while I have a blast making it a special day for her :) We decided to have a relaxed party with all our wonderful friends and neighbors!! And it was a blast!! Here I am setting up!
Jane's dear friend from across the street had to leave early so she let Jane open her present very first!!
Here is the banquet table :) Those are lanterns in the middle with lights, and boxes of various types of candy in between!! Very fancy for Jane's sake...She eats that stuff up!!
We had lots of goodies and delicious things to eat!!
Here is Jane's VERY fancy cake!! She drew me a diagram of what she wanted her cake to look like and I did the best I could to meet her expectations. I think she approved :)
Here are Jane and a few of her good friends!!
Blowing out candles on a very windy day is difficult!!
Here are some of the kids enjoying their cake and ice cream!!
After cake eating, all the kids loved riding their bikes and scooters around.
Opening presents is always fun!!
Here is Jane giving a big, thank you hug to one of her friends.
This is the darling sweater Jane got.
I had to take a picture with the birthday girl!! I wish she would just stop growing...
Jane's friend from across the street is taking a cake decorating class and decided to make Jane a special birthday cake. It turned out amazing!! And Jane felt very special eating her second birthday cake!!
Well, I am so proud of my sweet baby girl who is not such a baby anymore :( We have so enjoyed watching her grow up. She is so smart and talented and very tenacious!!! We love our Janey!!
