Disney World and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!!

We were amazingly blessed to be able to take an absolute dream vacation! We planned and prepared for months to go to Disney World and the Wizarding world of Harry Potter in Florida!  We woke up at 3am.  Thankfully everyone's excitement made it impossible to be grumpy.  Because we hit the ground running and had a full day ahead of us despite the very early morning we had.
After and easy flight, we got some ice cream to start the long day off!!
Next, we went to a super neat restaurant with African inspired food with views of some African animals!
The food was super unique and delicious!!!
The kiddos loved the little desert shields that they could paint- Yummo!
Yeah...pretty sure my eyes are closed in this picture...but there are so few pics of all of us so I included it anyway.
Later that day, we did the Bippity Boppity Boutique with Elsie!! Cinderella's fairy godmother herself, welcomed princess Elsie!
Elsie loved every second of the pampering she got!! Especially the magical pixie dust at the end.
She was in heaven for the rest of the day having everyone ooh and aah at her and cal her princess!

We also visited the Coca Cola store and met the darling coca cola polar bear!!
Ryan, of course, had to get the around the world soda sampler!
The next day we visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!! It was so magical and fun!!
Here's Hogwarts!
You can tell by this picture how HOT it was!!  But we still loved every second.  This was the line for Elsie's favorite ride, the flight of the Hippogryph!
Here we are entering Hogwarts...which was amazing inside...to go on a very cool ride!
While waiting in child swap I ran into a good friend who lived on our same street when we lived in Delaware!!  It is such a small world and so fun to see her darling family and how they've grown!
This day was very eventful...poor Jane rode the Harry Potter ride 2 times back to back and unfortunately threw up as she walked off the ride the second time :( Everyone was very kind and they even gave her a new dress to wear.  And Ryan...ever the Pharmacist...came equipped with a mini pharmacy of his own and loaded Jane up on some  anti nausea drugs.  She was fit as a fiddle after that :) And we were able to enjoy the rest of the day!!
Here's the fam on the Hippogryph ride!
Riding the Hogwarts express to and from Diagon Alley and Hogsmead was favorite part!  It was super neat! I think I have a picture that should come up later on of the view of outside the window!!
Here is Sirius Black's house where the Order of the Phoenix met in the books!!  So cool... and I;m totally a Harry Potter nerd :)
The night bus!!
The Gringott's bank ride was a family favorite for sure!! Just waiting in the line was amazing.  The bank was so crazy realistic and beautiful!
I had to get some actual, useable money from the bank!!
Eating at the Three Broomsticks!
Here is Nocturn Alley!! So spooky and cool.  And there was lots of magic for the kiddos to do with their wands.
The dragon on top of Gringott's Bank blowing fire!

We ate a yummy breakfast and got to meet some cool character's! We met the a minion too which Elsie was super excited about.  She calls them Ming wins!
Ah Epcot!!  What a neat place.  It was the flower and garden festival and everything looked so beautiful!
We ate breakfast there in a restaurant that slowly moved and we got to view all different types of landscapes as we ate!
Aaaaaand meet some neat characters!
We got to walk through the butterfly garden!

This was Canada!

United Kingdom

Morrocco

Japan
Italy

Norway
The next day we went to magic kingdom suer early for the early morning magic! We got to go in early to the park and ride three of the most popular rides over and over again! Then we got a yummy breakfast!
Cinderella's castle!!
The jungle cruise...a classic!
Elsie was a trooper!  She was sad not to be able to ride on all the rides like Jane and Beckham. But we made the most of it and she had fun anyway!
We ate lunch in the Beast's castle! It was so cool.  It looked like it was snowing outside those windows.
I need one of these for my house some days...
Space mountain...another family favorite!
Elsie loved the people mover!
Beckham particularly loves the Swiss Family Robinson movie so he thought seeing the tree house was really cool.
All the kiddos got to be in a play with Belle!
Here we are at the Animal Kingdom eating a yummy breakfast at the Tusker House!!
Drums!
My kiddos loved the bird show and thought this owl was so beautiful...I had to agree!
We were  lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the rare "Devine" the moving grape vine! She was so beautiful!
The Nemo show is always a favorite of mine...super impressive.
The whole family got to go on this rapids ride! We all got wet and Elsie especially loved it :)
We went on the African Safari at sunset and it was so beautiful.  I wish I could do that every night! All the animals were out and so close!  The weather was lovely and the sun was setting making the sky pink and orange...AMAZING!!

The night time show in Animal Kingdom was stunning.
Here we are back at the magic kingdom on another day.  I told Ryan to go grab a snack...this is what he came back with- hahaha!!
We ate a delicious dinner at the Polynesian resort and the kiddos got to be in a coconut race!
Little Elsie tried so so hard!
This was another day at Universal and we explored a bit of the rest of the parks...though Harry Potter World was our total favorite!!
So...we went back :) This broom was sweeping the floor!  Im sad to see that some of the pictures didn't go through cause on this day we went to Ollivander's wand shop and Jane got chosen to have a wand picked for her! It was a crazy cool experience!
On the day that we went to Hollywood Studios in Disney we got to meet Ki Lo Ren!! He was very scary and intimidating.  HE got right up into Ryan's face- it was so so funny.  I think Ry was a little scared :)

We kept trying to trade something with this guy.  If you had something he liked he would give you something cool for it.  We never succeeded :(
The kids loved meeting BB8!!
And Chewbacca!
On our last day in Florida which was Mother's Day, we had some time to kill before our flight. So we ate at an awesome restaurant that had tons of movie memorabilia!!
This was Kevin's sled in Home Alone!
And yummy food!!!
Aw this was the door that Rose laid on in Titanic while Jack froze :(
We stayed a whole 10 days in Florida and just had a party the whole time!! We are so blessed to be able to do such fun things! I am grateful for Ryan who works so hard for us!!  And he planned an absolutely amazing trip!!  I wish I could relive the whole thing! Until next time Disney!!
